  At KANKI Co., Ltd., we believe that our mission is to contribute to society by meeting the expectations of all stakeholders, including customers, employees, and their families, through the wholesale distribution of electrical machinery and equipment.

  In the course of our business activities, we utilize a wide range of information assets, including personal information entrusted to us by our customers, and we recognize the protection of these assets as a key management priority for meeting the expectations of all stakeholders.

  Accordingly, we have formulated a basic information security policy and, based on this policy, will establish, implement, and operate an Information Security Management System (ISMS). Through this framework, the entire company remains committed to continuous improvement in response to changes in the environment surrounding our company.

  Furthermore, we have established the following security objectives and will ensure that the facilities and resources necessary to achieve these objectives are implemented.

• Respect and comply with customer contracts and all applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
• Prevent information security incidents before they occur.
• In the unlikely event that an information security incident occurs, minimize its impact.
